6-Month Replacement Guarantee
If a link is removed by the site owner within 6 months of the verified live date, we will replace it with a comparable placement at no additional cost. The replacement link will be on a site of equal or similar quality (Domain Authority, Domain Rating, and niche relevance).
What’s Covered
– Link removed by the site owner
– Page taken down or deleted by the site owner
– Domain expires or goes offline
What’s Not Covered
– Links removed due to content violations requested by the client
– Changes to the client’s target URL or anchor text after placement
– Links on sites that were specifically requested by the client against our recommendation
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at ronald@coffeecup-digital.com with the original placement details (domain, live URL, and date verified). We’ll confirm the removal and begin sourcing a replacement within 48 hours.
